Efficacy and satisfaction tests

Product development was based on an efficacy study carried out in Italy in July of 2016, before the product became available on the market. The purpose was to evaluate the immediate anti-wrinkle efficacy of the 4ever Young line product “Instant Lift Effect”. The study was carried out with a profilometry analysis on a representative sample of female volunteers between 35 and 65 years.
The product was applied once only and the assessment took place in the peri-ocular area where “crow’s feet” are known to form using a profilometry scan prior to the application and 15 minutes later.
The test carried out on volunteers allowed to measure the ability of the product to instantly reduce (15 minutes after the application) the depth of peri-orbital wrinkles by means of the analysis involving several parameters, including “Rz” (wrinkle depth) and “Ra” (arithmetic mean roughness).

The study was carried out by an independent, authorised centre using the Vision 3D Top-Blu scanner by Eotech and Breuckmann’s Dermatop and Optocat software programmes.

The study concluded that, according to the results obtained with the experimental method, it is fair to say that in the test volunteers, 15 minutes after the application of the product a statistically significant reduction in both parameters Rz (15.6%) and Ra (12.84%) could be observed.

Satisfaction test

The development phase also included a satisfaction test on potential consumers of the product “Instant Lift Effect” of the 4ever Young line, in the form of a post-use interview on a statistically significant pool of female volunteers between 35 and 65.
The self-evaluation study carried out on volunteers by means of a post-use questionnaire provided the results reported in the following graphics, in which 100% of the sample has always expressed a positive feedback on the product and its effects, and a relevant portion of them went so far as to rate the product as “excellent”(up to 50%):
