Innovative Anti Age (A-A) formula

The research that led to the cosmetic formula of the 4ever Young line is based on the effects of a “co-operation” of substances produced for the same purpose in two different contexts: plant substances (meristematic cells, commonly known as “Plant Stem Cells” in English, totipotent cell tissue) and human substances (“human stem cells”). Human stem cells and meristematic plant stem cells contain several factors including the so-called “growth” factors. This is the principle upon which the 4ever Young line is based, in the attempt to counter the causes of ageing at several levels by contrasting reactive oxygen species and stimulating cell renewal.

Meristems are a group of undifferentiated embryonic cells that, under suitable culture conditions, can develop and grow into a full plant, which turns out to be the exact clone of the original plant. Meristematic stem cells play a specific repairing role in plants.
Their mode of action is based on Phenylpropanoids, very effective defensive substances who chemical and biological action occurs in synergy with polysaccharides, phytosterols, amino acids and electrolytes, which make meristematic cells a true “laboratory of protective substances”.

Using the biotechnology processes applied to the cosmetic ingredients of the 4ever Young line, in vitro culture of meristematic cells, also known as “plant stem cells”, can be stopped in the development phase that stands out for the highest concentration of cosmetologically active substances. This allows to reach phenylpropanoid concentration up to 1,000 times higher than the level usually found in whole live plants, while ensuring particularly high safety, purity and standardisation of cosmetic-grade active ingredients given the lack of pesticides and other contaminants found in the extracts derived from common plants that are not farmed in laboratory conditions.

4ever Young cosmetic line- the goal

The cosmetic products of the 4ever Young line stand out for a balanced concentration of elements derived from meristematic cells (plant stem cells), which act with a wide array of vitamins, essential oils, organic flower extracts and proteins. To this equation the specific formula of A-A Staminal Effect adds the skin growth factor naturally expressed by human stem cells; the product was designed for daily use and the goal of its steady and consistent use is a long lasting reduction effect of wrinkles.

In turn, the formula of Instant Lift Effect produces an immediate (temporary) aesthetic effect, which is very useful when the visual effect of the main wrinkles on the face must be reduced in a short time.

Cosmetic application of the 4ever Young line

The use of “plant stem cells” tends to be particularly fashionable to launch cosmetic and dermatology products. These campaigns that emphasise miraculous effects are often scientifically irrational, in that when it comes to the cosmetic efficacy, the results of the first experimental studies, mainly carried out in vitro, are coming out only now.
Still, plant stem cells have proven to be able to:

The following images show the results of the cell proliferation test of human stem cells in culture using meristematic Malus Domestica cells as well as the test for UV light exposure damage. In this study the extract of Malus Domestica stem cells has proven to be able to promote the growth of “human stem cells” and protect from UV light (Dr. M.
